Precautions：
1. The internal compressor will start up approximately 20 seconds after the machine is turned on. The machine will have noticeable shaking after starting, which will stop after 1 second. This is a normal occurrence.
2. Please maintain a clearance of at least 30cm around the machine to ensure unobstructed airflow.
3. Please use the machine when the environment temperature is between 5°C and 35°C.
4. Please keep the drainage pipe lower than the water outlet.
Contraindications:
1. Do not tilt the machine to prevent refrigerant leakage.

– Customers have the option to return/refund the product if they are dissatisfied with it or if it has quality issues after 15 days of receiving it, along with images and reasoning.
– Returns are not accepted for used, damaged, or non-resalable items.
– If you encounter a warehouse error or send incomplete product parts, please notify the customer care via live chat, and we will resolve the issue for the customer as quickly as possible.
– If the buyer keeps the device for more than 15 days, Simplus provides a one-year warranty (exchange only, no repair). The customer must be a simplus member and can reach out to customer care via live chat for more details on the Simplus one-year guarantee and scope of use.

– When unboxing the package, customers should photograph the goods to expedite after-sales handling if there is an issue with it.
– The one-year guarantee may only be used once per order.
– If an order is returned for reasons other than product quality, the client is liable for the return shipping expenses.
