– If the buyer keeps the device for more than 15 days, Simplus provides a one-year warranty (exchange only, no repair). The customer must be a simplus member and can reach out to customer care via live chat for more details on the Simplus one-year guarantee and scope of use.

– When unboxing the package, customers should photograph the goods to expedite after-sales handling if there is an issue with it.
– The one-year guarantee may only be used once per order.
– If an order is returned for reasons other than product quality, the client is liable for the return shipping expenses.
